The menu consists of traditional American favorites with a Cuban twist. Some include a Surf on the Turf dish featuring Strip Loin and Red Chili Glazed Shrimp with
Sweet Corn and Zucchini. Or, take the vegetable route offering a Cauliflower Steak with Whipped Purple Potatoes, Butternut Puree and Shaved Asparagus.
